Not for public classes — seats are few and we need to know who’s coming. Private groups pay a deposit online and the balance on the day.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before, refunded in full. After that the seat can be moved once to another date. Full policy.

Rare, but if a class has fewer than 4 people we move it or refund it in full, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No. The instructor works the table one person at a time. The second dough ball is always better than the first.

Public classes are in English. Greek (or both) for private groups.

Something comfortable you don’t mind getting flour on. We give you an apron. Hair tied back, closed shoes.

The class is 2.5 hours, the wine evening 3. After eating you can stay on the gallery floor as long as you like.

Tell us when you book. Vegan toppings are always on the table; gluten-free dough is prepared separately if requested at least 48 hours ahead. The kitchen uses wheat flour, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

Two individual pizzas. Most people leave with a box.

One drink is included (wine, beer or a soft drink). On the wine evening, three glasses, or a non-alcoholic pairing at the same price.

Then you get your own slot: a private group for 6–20 people or a corporate session for 10–40.
